I have peaked I think and have wieghed in at 210 for the last three days. I am always hungry but have not lost anything in about five days. I will have to work harder I guess?

Losing Fifty Day Six






Did a sleep study last night and it was kinda weird, nevertheless I have sleep apnea. Good to know. I have not been sleeping well and as my wife tells me I snore, so I will get a machine to fix that. I am telling you this because I will have more energy to go to the gym. We also went to my boys first baseball game the other night.

Sam and Luke enjoying the ice cream their grandpa bought them, as well as the peanuts, seeds, hot dogs, and cotton candy. I limited myself to little of the good stuff because I am trying to lose this weight. Cycle tonight and in the morning. Later!

Losing Fifty Day Five

Fifth day in and went to cycle this morning with my father in law and he kicked butt. The man is 62 and can straight get with it. Had egg on whole wheat bread for breakfast and coffee. My weight this morning is 216.6#.

Losing Fifty Day Three and Four

I have done well over the last couple of days but know this, I crave soft drinks and Kool-aid. I will go to the gym tomorrow and bike to keep up with my excersise and I also helped my mom do some manual labor for excersise today. My plan is to go to the gym at least three times in a week to boost my endurance through cardio workouts and burn this fat off! Bou-yeaho suckas. Weight is down three pounds since last tuesday.

Losing Fifty Day One and Two

I am on my way to losing fifty pounds. Day one...no Kool-aid or candy. Went to the gym and cycled for an hour. Day two...no Kool-aid or candy, mowed the yard for excercise.
