Did a sleep study last night and it was kinda weird, nevertheless I have sleep apnea. Good to know. I have not been sleeping well and as my wife tells me I snore, so I will get a machine to fix that. I am telling you this because I will have more energy to go to the gym. We also went to my boys first baseball game the other night.

Fifth day in and went to cycle this morning with my father in law and he kicked butt. The man is 62 and can straight get with it. Had egg on whole wheat bread for breakfast and coffee. My weight this morning is 216.6#.
I have done well over the last couple of days but know this, I crave soft drinks and Kool-aid. I will go to the gym tomorrow and bike to keep up with my excersise and I also helped my mom do some manual labor for excersise today. My plan is to go to the gym at least three times in a week to boost my endurance through cardio workouts and burn this fat off! Bou-yeaho suckas. Weight is down three pounds since last tuesday.
